1 Skill I'd Like to Improve

Day One of my 21 day Meditation Challenge:

I am Grateful
Sumoha and Ronnie came to mind, I am grateful for thier friendship. I saw powerful, compassionate PSI Basic Chiefs being FUN! I am grateful for my body being healed and saw me sending out Thank You cards to Rowena, for cupcakes, Malia and Dennis for clothes, Megan for supporting me with house work and the kids. Sumoha and parents for her love and food she packed from the BBQ. I am grateful for Bebe being an amazing teammate! I am grateful for the joy Jonah, Rinnah, Siah and Fanci bring to my life. Life is soooo Great! God is soooo GOOD! I am Blessed and I bless those around me with LOVE from my overflowing heart space. Thank you again for my healing! I love you great creator! Amen!
