"Big on intensity, Short on time" 20 mins. I can do that a day... It brings me back to all those body for life challenges I would have before pictures of.. ha ha. OMG I am so stoked that Di shared with me that Kimo her husband opened a new gym www.hardassfitness.com CrossFit is perfect for me and a way I can challenge myself to improve. It's taken me a little over 2 years to get back in to the groove of my working out. Walking the dogs and swimming while I was pregnant doesn't count.. I still get a kick out of the Assessment I got at the gym, the graphs of how fit I was 2 yrs ago and each section needs quite a bit of improvement except my wonderful resting heart rate... almost perfect since I've been doing a lot of resting after the c-sect. Who knew this was what I was doing in the Marines 10+ years ago. I loved to challenge all my uncles to do those Jack Web push ups... haa even you bebe. Gosh being in such great shape, I am on my way there. That's how I can Give Big to myself. Ha it seems fitting that I buzzed my head again. GIji Jane... lol (In memory of Yvonne Kahookele I will also take up paddling along with the new do), Who knew I would get this excited over this. It's after midnight and have butterflies thinking of how awesome I will look and feel, not to mention how much energy I will have to spend running around with the kids and you Bebe (blogging for you)... who knows more time spend on another love of mine...photography. I'll motivate me to get my studio squared away... use your room of course... hee hee. I won't get ahead of myself, first things first Me. Okay I'll keep you posted... Today is a Great day! I love you honestly... I'll see you tonight/morning. Stay tuned...
